Shipping and returns.

We ship across Europe. Shipping is free on orders above €250; below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Production time depends on the speed stated on each product:

In stock — dispatched within 48 h · Made to order — about 10 days · Made to measure (knitwear) — 2–3 weeks

Made-to-measure tailoring is made at the speed you choose:

Normal — 2 weeks · Express — 1 week · Express Plus — 3 days · Extra Express Plus — 1 day in the workshop (all + shipping)

You may return ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with labels attached. Return shipping is paid by you — unless the error was ours (wrong item, defect), in which case we cover it and make it right.

To start a return, write to info@braveparticle.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on working days.

Pieces made to your specifications are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal (Decree-Law 24/2014, art. 17.º — goods made to the consumer's specifications). A garment cut for one person cannot go back on a shelf.

If something is wrong with a piece, write to us. Your legal conformity rights under Portuguese and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.
