Wash 30° wool cycle · dry flat · store folded

Wash at 30° on a wool cycle with wool detergent, inside out. Never tumble-dry. Dry flat on a towel, away from direct sun — hanging a wet knit stretches it permanently. Store folded, never on a hanger.

Light pilling in the first weeks is normal on natural yarn — it is the short fibres letting go. Remove it with a cashmere comb and it stops. A whole-garment knit has no seams to give way; treated this way, it keeps its shape for years.

Brush after wear · rest 24 h · dry clean rarely

Brush the shoulders and lapels after wear and let the suit rest a day between wears on a shaped hanger — wool recovers on its own. Steam removes most creases; ironing directly on wool flattens it.

Dry clean as little as possible — once or twice a season is plenty. Solvents age cloth faster than wear does. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth first.

Wash 30–40° · hang to dry · iron damp

Wash at 30–40° and hang to dry on a hanger — linen dries fast and irons easiest while still slightly damp. Linen is meant to crease in wear; that is the point of it, not a flaw.
