What is whole-garment knitwear?
Whole-garment knitwear is knitted as a single piece, with no seams and no cutting waste. The machine knits the entire garment for one order — which is why it holds its shape, has no seams to give way, and why we can make it to your measurements without holding stock.
Can I return a made-to-measure piece?
No — pieces made to your specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Decree-Law 24/2014, art. 17.º). In its place we offer a fit promise: one free adjustment, and if the fit is wrong through our error, we remake the piece.
Can I return a ready-to-wear piece?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with labels attached. Return shipping is paid by you unless the error was ours.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across Europe. Shipping is free on orders above €250; below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does a made-to-measure suit take?
You choose the production speed: Normal takes 2 weeks, Express 1 week, Express Plus 3 days, and Extra Express Plus just 1 day in the workshop — all plus shipping time.
How do measurements work?
A few measurements, taken once with a tape at home — about ten minutes. If you prefer, write to us first and we will walk you through it over email or a call.
Where are the clothes made?
In the best European factories, with a strong focus on Portugal. Knitwear is knitted whole in Portugal; cloths come from Italy, England and Portugal; fibres — linen, hemp, lyocell, modal, cotton — are sourced in Europe.
What cloths do you use for tailoring?
Cloth from named Italian and English mills: Vitale Barberis Canonico, Carnet, Cerruti, Dormeuil, Drago, Reda, Solbiati, Loro Piana, Zegna, Holland & Sherry and Piacenza 1733.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (via Stripe) and MB Way. Prices are in euros with VAT included.
How should I care for good knitwear?
Wash at 30°, dry flat, store folded — never on a hanger. Good knitwear kept this way looks new wash after wash; the full guide is on our garment care page.
